1 Tbsp Water
1 1/2 Stalks, large (11 inches long) Celery
1/4 Cup Light Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp chopped Chives
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
4 Oz Blue Cheese
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1/2 Head, medium (6" dia) Lettuce
6 Cup, chopped Watercress
1/4 Tsp Salt
Trim and thinly slice celery stalks diagonally.
Coarsely shred iceberg lettuce.
Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, cheese, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and thin with milk or water to desired consistency.
Toss iceberg, watercress, and celery in a large bowl and drizzle with dressing.
