Ingredients

3 Oz Ground Beef
1/2 Small Onions
1/3 Medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2 dia.) Red Bell Pepper
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Hummus
1 Tortilla (approx 7-8" dia) Tortillas

Directions

Cook ground beef until browned through and no longer pink.

Add chopped onion and pepper and cook until tender.

Mix together with the garlic powder and hummus.

Microwave tortilla for 20 seconds.


Top with meat mixture and roll up.
