2 Slice, regular (4" x 5" x 3/4") Whole-Wheat Bread
7 Tbsp Hummus
6 Tbsp Tofu
2 Leaf, medium Lettuce
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Toast bread to desired crispness then spread the hummus on one side of both pieces.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the tofu until both sides are evenly golden brown and crispy.
Add lettuce and tofu to the sandwich; combine both halves and slice down the center.
