1 Cup Rolled Oats
4 Tbsp Sunflower Oil
2/3 Cup Honey

Directions

Preheat oven to 300F.

Add honey and oil to saucepan on medium low.

Stir until bubbling, then add oats.

Stir well and spread evenly onto baking tray.

Bake for 20 minutes, stirring once.
