6 Anchovy Anchovy
4 Cloves, minced Garlic
1 Dash Salt
2 Large yolk (separated from white) Egg Yolk
1 Cup Lemon Juice
3/4 Tsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
1 Tsp Pepper
Throw anchovy fillets, garlic, and a pinch of salt into a food processor.
Put in egg yolks, lemon juice, and mustard.
Gradually add in olive oil.
Start by adding a drop at a time.
Turn on processor after each drop.
Add all of vegetable oil.
Process until thick and glossy.
Throw in Parmesan and pepper.
