1 Pita, large (6-1/2" dia) Pita Bread
3/4 Cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 1 Slice (6 per 6-oz pkg.) Canadian Bacon
1 Cup Pizza Sauce


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Spread 1/4 Cup pizza sauce on pita bread top with cheese and canadian bacon.

Place in oven on pizza stone or baking sheet and cook for 5-10 minutes while watching it until cheese is melted.

Take out of oven and cut into 4-8 slices.
