2 1 Oz Tagliatelle
2 Cloves, minced Garlic
1 1/2 Cup Mixed Vegetables
1 Breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast
2 Tbsp Cream Cheese
2/3 Oz Cottage Cheese
1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
First cook pasta as per package directions and set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat sauté garlic and mixed vegetables.
Slice chicken into strips and add to pan.
Sauté chicken until cooked through and no longer pink.
Add the cheeses to the mix and let simmer until it become soft and blended.
Toss mix with pre-cooked pasta.
Serve hot and enjoy!
