16 Oz Ground Turkey
1/3 Cup Oatmeal
2 Large yolk (separated from white) Egg Yolk
3 Dash Salt
3 Dash Pepper
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine ground meat, ground oats, and egg yolks in a bowl.
Season and add olive oil; mix well.
Make small bite-size balls.
Take as many of the balls as you need (1/4 or 1/2) depending on how many servings you are making and freeze the rest for later.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, flipping midway, until cooked through and no longer pink.
