1 Cup Coconut Milk
1 Cup Low-Fat Plain Kefir
3 Fruit, without skin and seed Avocados
1 Cup Blueberries
2 Tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp Honey
Remove pits and skin of avocados and place in blender with other ingredients.
Blend all ingredients together in a high powered blender.
Refrigerate and serve cold.
