2 Large Egg, Hard-Boiled
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tsp Salsa
Bring eggs in a pot of water to a boil.
Remove from heat, cover for 10 minutes, and then drain.
Rinse under cool water and shell the eggs.
Cut shelled eggs in half.
Remove egg yolks.
Combine egg yolks with mustard in a small bowl; mix well.
Spoon egg yolk mixture evenly into egg white halves.
Top each egg half with salsa.
