4 Strip Bacon
16 Oz Ground Beef
1/2 Cup, chopped Onions
1 Large Egg
8 Slice Pickles
4 Roll Hamburger Bun
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1 Medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes


Pre-Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Add bacon strips to baking sheet.

Bake in oven until crispy, drain on paper towel.

Season beef with salt and pepper.

whisk egg in small bowl and add to beef along with finely chopped onion.

Slice tomatoes 1/2 inch thick.

Form burgers into 4 patties.

Heat pan to medium high heat.

Add burgers and cook until desired temperature is reached.

Add burger to bun, place pickles, tomatoes, and bacon on top.
