1/4 Oz Cottage Cheese
2 Slice regular Multi-Grain Bread
4 Slice Sliced Ham
1/2 Cup shredded Lettuce
Toast the bread.
Spread cottage cheese onto the slices of bread.
Top one of the slices with ham and tomato.
Finish with remaining slice of bread and enjoy.
