2 Slice Whole-Wheat Bread
2 Slice Sliced Ham
1 Slice (1 oz) Cheddar Cheese
3 Slice, medium (1/4" thick) Tomatoes
1/4 Cup Spinach
1 Tbsp Hummus
Spread hummus onto bread slices.
Top one of the slices with ham, cheese, sliced tomato, and spinach.
Finish with remaining slice of bread and enjoy!
