2 Slice (average weight of 1 slice) Bread
1 1/3 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise
6 Oz Honey Ham
4 Slice (1 oz) Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Spinach
Preheat a sauté pan to medium.
Brush one side of each piece of bread with a tablespoon of fat-free mayonnaise.
Place bread and ham separately on the sauté pan.
Flip ham after 1-2 minutes, or until slightly crispy.
Transfer ham slices, cheddar cheese, and spinach to one slice of bread, then cover with second piece of bread.
Cook for 30-60 seconds or until cheese begins to melt and bread is golden brown, then flip.
Cook for 30 more seconds to seal sandwich (or until golden brown).
