2 Cup Spinach
2 Cloves, minced Garlic
1 Oz Feta Cheese
6 Oz Bison
Prepare grill to medium-high.
Cut a pocket into the middle of the bison steak and set aside
Spray sauce pan with non-stick spray and sauté spinach and garlic over medium heat until soft, 2-3 minutes.
Add feta cheese to spinach and mix.
Stuff mixture into bison steak.
Grill steaks to preference, about 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, depending on thickness.
