Ingredients

1 Clove Garlic
1 Tsp Olive Oil
1 Dash Pepper
1 Dash Salt
1 Tsp Rosemary
1 Tsp Onion Powder
8 Oz Cod

Directions

Prepare grates and preheat grill to medium.

Dice and mince garlic and add to a bowl with the oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, and onion powder.

Coat fish fillet evenly.

Place on grill and cook for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
