2 Cup shredded Lettuce
1 Cup Spinach
1 Cup Arugula
12 Leaf, whole Basil
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
Any 4 cups of greens should be fine.
In a serving bowl, combine the greens and basil.
To make the dressing, place all ingredients in a screw-top jar and shake well to combine.
Just before serving, pour dressing evenly over the leaves and gently toss.
