1 Cup Peas
1 Cup, whole Almonds
1 Tsp Ginger Root
3 Tbsp Water
1 1/2 Tbsp Lime Juice
1 1/3 Cup Fresh Cilantro
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
Defrost peas.
Chop almonds first in food processor until evenly chopped; keep them in larger chunks if you prefer a dip, or process them until finely diced if you prefer a spread.
Mince ginger.
Add remaining ingredients to the processor and pulse until smooth.
