3 Cup Spinach
1 Cup Water
3/4 Cup, halves Strawberries
2 Medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
2 Tbsp Ginger Root
4 Cube Ice Cubes
1/2 Cup, pureed Avocados
Combine ingredients in blender, and blend for about 1 minute or until desired consistency.
*Strawberries can be substituted with the same amount of blueberries.
*Coconut water can be substituted for the same amount of regular water .
*Avocados are optional and don't need to be pureed beforehand.
