1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Cup Oatmeal
2 Scoop (30g) Whey Protein Powder
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Greek Yogurt
1/3 Cup Whole Milk
2 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
3/4 Tbsp Psyllium Husk
1 Extra large Egg
Combine all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
Cook on a griddle over low heat until you see bubbles; flip and cook until both sides are evenly golden brown.
Garnish with any desired toppings.
