1 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 Cup, chopped or diced Chicken Breast
2 Cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
1 Cup, crumbled Feta Cheese
2 Cup Olives
1 Cup Light Mayonnaise
8 Tbsp Plain Yogurt
2 Tsp, ground Oregano
3 Cloves, minced Garlic
4 Tsp Parsley
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Cook chopped chicken for 7-12 minutes until cooked through and no longer pink.
Remove from heat and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl combine chicken, cucumber, feta cheese, and olives; set aside.
In small mixing bowl, stir together mayonaisse, yogurt, oregano, garlic, and parsley.
Add dressing to large mixing bowl.
Toss to coat.
