Ingredients

4 Oz Ground Beef
1 Slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions
1 Oz Cheddar Cheese
1 Tbsp Thousand Island Dressing
2 Slice Udi'S White Bread
1 Tsp Butter

Directions

Form beef into patty.

Grill the patty about three minutes.

Flip the patty to another part of the pan and grill the onion in the fat left by the patty.

Continue grilling the patty another three minutes.

Place the cheese on the patty when the meat is about done.

Move the patty to a cooler part of the pan while you continue to grill the onion slice until softened.

While the onion is grilling, coat one side of each bread slice in butter.

Grill in a separate pan until toasty.

When done, remove the bread from the pan.

To assemble: on the bread heel, spread the thousand island dressing.

Place the grilled onion.

Stack the patty with cheese.

Cover with the bread crown.
