1 1/2 Medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
6 Tbsp Coconut Milk
10 Packet Sucralose
1 Oz Organic Coconut Flour
1 Dash Salt
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Cocoa
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mash the bananas in a bowl.
Combine mashed bananas, coconut milk, sugar or sugar substitute (to taste) in a small bowl.
Mix dry ingredients in a separate, larger bowl.
Combine banana mixture with dry ingredients.
Form 1 tbsp size balls and place on parchment-paper lined cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
You should get 15 cookies out of the batter.
Flatten the cookies slightly with the back of a spoon.
Bake for 10 minutes.
