3 Potato large (3" to 4-1/4" dia) Russet Potatoes
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
5 Cloves, minced Garlic
1 1/2 Tsp, leaves Thyme
1/2 Cup, grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
2 Tbsp Parsley
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray.
Place potato wedges in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet.
Add olive oil, garlic, thyme, and parmesan; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Gently toss to combine.
Place into oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp, tossing occasionally.
Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.
