20 Medium Shrimp
1 Pepper Jalapeno Peppers
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp Garlic
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
2 Wedge yields Lemon Juice
Peel, de-vein, and clean shrimp.
Set aside.
Warm coconut oil in a medium saucepan while dicing jalapeño and mincing garlic.
Add minced garlic to the coconut oil in the pan.
Allow it to become fragrant (about 2-3 minutes on medium).
Add shrimp and jalapeño to the pan.
Cook for about 3-5 minutes or until shrimp is white and fully cooked.
Serve with a couple of lemon wedges.
