2 Tbsp Olive Oil
4 Cloves, minced Garlic
1/2 Lb Tofu
4 Cup 1/2" pieces Green Beans

Directions

Rinse the green beans and snip off their ends.

In a wok or nonstick skillet, warm the oil over medium heat.

Add the green beans and garlic and saute for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.

Add the tofu and cook for 5 more minutes.
