2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 Cloves, minced Garlic
3 Cup White Rice
2 Cup Canned Black Beans
1 Tsp, ground Cumin
1 Tsp Coriander Seed
1/2 Tsp Ginger
3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Sprigs Fresh Cilantro
1 Cup chopped Onions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and saute until it softens.
Add garlic and saute 5 minutes
Add spices, worcetershire, beans, and rice
Add salt and pepper to taste and cilantro and/or green onions.
