3 Can (12 oz) yields Corn
4 Stalk Onions
4 Small Green Bell Pepper
4 Tomato Roma Tomatoes
1 1/2 Cup, shredded Cheddar Or Colby Cheese
2 Cup Fresh Cilantro
1/2 Fruit (2" dia) Limes
1/2 Tsp, ground Cumin
1 Tsp Chili Powder
2 Bag (7 oz) Corn Chips
Drain corn well and place the contents into a large mixing bowl.
Slice 4-5 green onions and toss with the corn.
Chop 4-5 mini bell peppers and add them to the bowl.
Core and chop 4 small tomatoes; add them to the bowl.
Add 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese; toss to combine.
Chop 1/2 cup cilantro and add it to the bowl.
In a separate bowl combine lime juice, cumin, and chili powder.
Combine spiced juice and veggies and stir well.
When you are ready to serve add 1 whole bag (14 oz) of Fritos Chili Cheese Corn Chips.
Stir to combine.
