2 Slice Whole-Wheat Bread
2 Extra large Egg
1 Tbsp Mayonnaise-Like Dressing
1 Oz Hickory Smoked Ham
Toast 2 slices of whole wheat bread; set aside.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and spray with non-stick spray.
Crack eggs into pan and cook as desired.
Dress toasted bread with mayonnaise.
Put eggs and ham onto a slice of the bread; finish with remaining slice of bread.
