1 Fillet Cod
1 1/2 Cup, diced Potato
1/4 Cup, chopped Onions
2 Dash Pepper
1 Cup Reduced Fat Milk
1 Tsp Cornstarch
1/2 Tbsp Water


Combine all ingredients, except the cornstarch, into a hot deep pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Heat until just about at a boil.

Mix the cornstarch with a little water and stir the mixture into the skillet.

Keep heating until it comes to a boil.

Stir until thickened.

If it becomes too thick, just add a little water.
