1 Tbsp Butter
3 Large Egg
1 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Oz Feta Cheese
1/2 Oz Pesto
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
Melt butter in heated skilled.
Beat your eggs in a bowl with heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
Pour into pan cook until almond done.
Spread pesto on half and sprinkle with feta cheese.
Fold the omelette over onto itself and cook for another 4-5 minutes so that the feta cheese melts and the eggs cook thoroughly.
