1 Medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
6 Clove Garlic
1 1/2 Cup Chickpeas
1/2 Sprigs Fresh Cilantro
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tsp Chili Powder
2 Tsp, ground Cumin
10 Sprig Parsley
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Chickpea Flour
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
Blend the onions and garlic to get a fine white mixture.
Put the chickpeas, coriander, salt, chili powder, and cumin in a food processor again and pulse a few times, but do not make this mixture of paste.
Mix the onion and garlic mixture with the baking powder and flour gradually in order to control the quantity.
You need to form a ball, but not sticky.
Merge the two mixtures and let cool in refrigerator.
Form balls of the mixture, heat a pan with a little oil and fry briefly on both sides.
