Ingredients

1/4 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Muffin English Muffins
1 Large Egg
1/4 Fruit Avocados
0 Tsp Garlic Powder
0 Tsp Cayenne Pepper

Directions

Place skillet over medium heat and add olive oil, heating for about 5 minutes

Place muffin in toaster oven on toast setting.

Crack egg into pan, cooking for 3 minutes and flipping to cook 1 minute on the opposite side.

Season with salt and pepper, if desired.

Remove muffin from toaster and place egg on bottom slice.

Add sliced avocado and season with garlic powder and cayenne.

Add top slice of muffin and enjoy!
