Ingredients

1 Muffin English Muffins
1 Tsp Olive Oil
1/4 Cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 Slice (6 per 6-oz pkg.) Canadian Bacon
2 Slice, medium (1/4" thick) Tomatoes
4 Leaf, whole Basil

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Bake muffin for 2-3 minutes until lightly toasted.


Remove from oven.

Put a little oil onto each muffin half.

Top with cheese, chopped canadian bacon, and chopped tomato slices.

Garnish with basil.

Return to oven and bake until muffin is crisp and cheese is melted.
