1 Tbsp Butter
1 Cup, chopped Onions
1 Cup, sliced Green Bell Pepper
8 Extra large Egg
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Melt butter over medium heat.
Meanwhile, chop vegetables.
Pour olive oil into the pan and add the vegetable.
Sauté until onion is translucent and peppers are tender.
Crack 8 eggs into separate container, whisk together well.
Add the eggs to the pan to coat the vegetables.
Scramble egg mixture until eggs have reached desired doneness.
At this point, continue to stir until eggs are cooked as desired.
