1/3 Cup Egg White
1 Tbsp chopped Chives
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
1/2 Tsp Coconut Oil
1 Slice Whole-Wheat Bread
1 Tbsp Butter


Separate your yolk and egg whites in a bowl.

Add fresh chives to egg whites.

Beat egg whites until frothy.

Heat a skillet with coconut oil greased and heat over medium.

Pour egg whites into the pan.

Proceed to scramble egg whites until desired texture is reached.

Toast and butter slice of bread and simply put your cooked egg whites on top.
