6 Cup Vegetable Broth
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Cup chopped Onions
4 Cup Spinach
4 Large Egg
Bring the soy sauce and broth to a boil.
Wisk eggs in a bowl.
Stir eggs into broth in a slow, steady stream while stirring the broth.
Place chopped onions and spinach in bottom of bowls.
Pour broth over spinach to serve.
