2 Extra large Egg
1 Cup Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1 Tortilla (approx 7-8" dia) Tortillas
2 Tbsp Salsa
1 Tbsp Classic Guacamole

Directions

Scramble eggs in a non-stick frying pan ove rmedium heat 3/4s of the way through.

Add cheese to melt and continue cooking to desired doneness.

Wrap in tortilla with salsa, and guacamole.
