2 Strip Bacon
2 Large Egg
3 Egg white (separated from yolk) Egg White
1/4 Fruit, without skin and seed Avocados
Cook bacon in a sauté pan over medium-high heat to desired crispiness.
Remove from pan, reserving some grease.
Chop bacon and set aside.
Add eggs and egg whites to the pan and cook until wthey begin to look less wet.
Add the bacon and scramble until cooked through.
Slice avocado and serve atop scramble.
