1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
6 Large Egg
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Pepper
1/2 Cup, chopped Kale
1 Clove Garlic


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a muffin tin with the coconut oil.

Whisk eggs, salt, and pepper.

Chop kale and garlic.

Add to the egg mixture and stir to combine.

Pour into the prepared muffin tins.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until a ttothpick comes out clean.

Let cool and enjoy!
