1/2 Cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
1 Medium Carrots
1 Clove Garlic
1 Slice (1/8 of fruit) Lemons
1/2 Cup Corn
1 Tbsp Dill
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Slice the cucumber and carrots into strips, mince the garlic, and cut the lemon into wedges.
Place all ingredients in a bowl, add the dill, salt, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Mix well.
