Ingredients

1 Extra large Egg
1/4 Cup unpacked Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup Applesauce
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Cup, mashed Banana
1 2/3 Cup Oat Flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Cocoa
1/4 Cup chips (6 oz package) Semisweet Chocolate

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Grease muffin tin (the recipe makes 10 regular sized muffins or 5 in a big muffin tin).

Whisk together the egg, sugar, applesauce, vanilla, and bananas.

Mix the dry ingredients and add to the wet.

Mix just until combined.

Add chocolate chips.

Bake for about 20-25 minutes for regular muffins or 25-30 minutes for big muffins, until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
