Ingredients

3 Large (8-1/4" long) Cucumber
1 Cup, sliced Onions
1 Cup, sliced Red Bell Pepper
3 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tsp Salt

Directions

Wash and peel cucumbers.

Cut cucumber into half moon slices.

Dice onion and red pepper.

Place in bowl and cover with vinegar.

Add sugar and salt; Mix well.

Let sit for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Store refrigerated.
