3 1/4 Oz Prawns
1 1/3 Cup Wheat Flour
2 Tbsp Curry Paste
8 Tbsp Water
2 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro
1 Fruit without seeds Lemons
4 Cup Vegetable Oil
De-vein, wash, and dry the prawns.
In a separate bowl, make a batter by combining the flour with the Curry Paste, water, and cilantro.
Stir well and allow to stand for 10 minutes.
Heat enough oil in a large pot for deep frying (usually 2-3 inches deep).
Dip each prawn into the batter and then drop into the hot oil (a few prawns can be fried at a time) but take care not to overcrowd the pan or deep-fryer.
Fry the prawns for a few minutes until they have turned golden brown and the prawns are cooked through.
Drain well on kitchen paper and serve hot.
