4 Date, pitted Dates
2 Medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
1 Cup, quartered or chopped Apples
2 Tbsp, ground Flaxseed
1 Cup, unthawed Blueberries, Frozen
1 3/4 Cup Water
1 Cup Rolled Oats
1/4 Tsp Coriander Seed
Chop dates.
Slice bananas.
Chop or grate apple.
Grind flaxseed.
Thaw blueberries, or use fresh.
In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil and stir in all ingredients, except blueberries and ground flaxseed.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in blueberries.
Sprinkle flaxseed on top or stir in.
Cover for 2-3 minutes before serving.
