Ingredients

1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
2 Tsp Curry Powder
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Dash Salt
1 Head medium (5-6" dia.) Cauliflower
1/2 Cup, sliced Almonds

Directions

Preheat oven to 345 degrees F.

Mix peanut butter, curry powder, olive oil and salt

Add the chopped raw cauliflower and almonds and mix well.

Spread cauliflower heads on a baking pan and place on top rack of the oven.

Wait until brown and flip.

The process takes about 10 minutes total.
