2 Fruit, without skin and seed Avocados
1/2 Medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
4 Cup Fresh Cilantro
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Fruit (2-1/8" dia) Lemons
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper

Directions

Place sliced cucumber, tomatoes, avocados, onion, and cilantro in a large salad bowl.
