1 Cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
15 Cherry tomato Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 Fruit Avocados
1/2 Tbsp, chopped Basil
1/2 Cup, diced Mozzarella Cheese
1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
Wash, dry, and dice the cucumbers.
Wash, dry, and halve the tomatoes.
Dice the avocado.
Place the cucumbers, tomatoes, and avocado in a bowl.
Add sliced basil and mozzarella.
Pour on the oil, vinegar, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
Mix thoroughly and enjoy!
