1 Lb Ground Beef
1/2 Cup, chopped Onions
2 Cloves, minced Garlic
1 Tbsp, whole Cumin
1 Tsp Chili Powder
8 Oz Cream Cheese
2 1/4 Cup Tomatoes
1/2 Cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Tsp Salt
3 3/4 Cup Beef Stock
In a large soup pot, brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic, about 12 minutes; drain.
Add the spices and cook 2-3 minutes.
Drop the cream cheese in bits into the meat.
With the back of a big spoon, smash it into the meat until no bits of white remain.
Stir in remaining ingredients and heat through.
