Ingredients

3 Extra large Egg
1/4 Tsp Cream Of Tartar
3 Oz Cream Cheese
0 Tsp Salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

Begin by separating the egg whites from the egg yolks.

Set both in different mixing bowls.

With an electric hand mixer, start beating the egg whites until very bubbly.

Add in cream of tartar and beat until stiff peaks form.

In the egg yolk bowl, add in 3 oz of cubed cream cheese.

Beat until the egg yolks are pale yellow and doubled in size.

Fold the egg whites into the cream cheese mixture with a rubber spatula.

Onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, spray some oil to grease.

Dollop the batter on to the sheet to about the size of an English muffin (or desired size).

Bake for about 30-40 minutes.

The tops of the rolls should be golden and firm.

Let them cool on a wire rack and enjoy as desired.
